October 2024 Community Contests and Events
The MapleStory Community Team runs a number of contests and events throughout the year, challenging the in-game skill and real-world creativity of Maplers all around the world! Take a look at the new and upcoming Community Contests and Events below, and be prepared to test your skills!

Summer is officially out of the picture and it's time to settle into the spooky hours with Halloween Glow Up! Send us a before and after picture of your character in any of our Halloween style accessories/outfits for your chance to earn some rewards!
How to Enter:
- Participate by posting in the 'Halloween Glow Up Contest' thread within the official-contests forum on the Official MapleStory Discord and include the following with your entry:
- In-game name
- World name
- Screenshot and add a fun description of your character. Be creative!
Requirements & Rules:
- One entry per account
- Image must be safe for work.
The Community Managers and VMs will select 3 best entries for winners and 3 other random participants to win rewards.

Darkness is creeping into Maple World as Halloween draws near. It’s time to transform your cozy homes into haunted havens. Let your imagination run wild as you decorate with ghoulish glee. Join our Nightmare on Maple Street event for your chance to earn these terrifyingly great rewards!

- Participate by posting in the 'Nightmare on Maple Street Contest' thread within the official-contests forum on the Official MapleStory Discord and include the following with your entry:
- In-game name
- World name
- Upload a screenshot of your Halloween Themed home!

- Artwork must be your own

Calling all spooky-savvy Maplers! Get ready to unleash your inner artist and show off your Halloween spirit. Draw your main MapleStory character in a frightfully fabulous costume and enter our art contest for a chance to win awesome rewards.
How to Enter:
- Participate by posting in the 'Main Character Make Over Contest' thread within the official-contests forum on the Official MapleStory Discord and include the following with your entry:
- In-game name
- World name
- Upload your drawing of your MapleStory main account character/class in any Halloween themed costume. (Witch, Cat, Ogre, etc)
Requirements & Rules:
- Only one entry per account.
- Image must be safe for work.
- Artwork must be your own.
- You are able to delete and re-enter your entry if needed.
The Community Managers and VMs will select the 3 best entries for winners and 7 other random participants to win rewards.
